Accessibility Statement

We are committed to ensuring that everyone, regardless of ability or technology, can explore, understand, and interact with our website and services.

Effective date: January 1, 2026  ·  Last updated: January 1, 2026

Our Commitment

Viral Visions Corp believes accessibility is a fundamental right, not an afterthought. We design, build, and maintain our website and digital services so that they are usable by the widest possible audience, including people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

This statement applies to the public-facing pages of viralvisionscorp.com and the core digital experiences we deliver to our clients. We continually review our work, listen to feedback, and improve the experience for everyone.

Standards & Conformance

We aim to meet or exceed the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level. Our target conformance posture is:

StandardTarget LevelStatus
WCAG 2.2Level AAActively working toward conformance
Section 508 (U.S.)Applicable provisionsActively working toward conformance
ADA Title IIIBest practice alignmentAligning with guidance

We conduct regular manual and automated reviews, test with keyboard-only navigation, and inspect pages with browser developer tools and screen-reader workflows. We recognize that automated testing alone is not sufficient and supplement it with human review.

Measures We Take

Accessibility is integrated into our development process. Specific measures include:

  • Using semantic HTML5 elements and ARIA landmarks so assistive technologies can navigate pages accurately.
  • Choosing shadcn/ui and Radix UI primitives for modals, dialogs, dropdowns, and forms because they provide keyboard focus and ARIA behavior out of the box.
  • Defining focus-visible indicators so keyboard users can always see where they are.
  • Checking color contrast ratios against WCAG AA thresholds for normal and large text.
  • Writing meaningful alt text for informative images and marking purely decorative images as decorative.
  • Providing visible labels, error messages, and instructions for all form fields.
  • Respecting reduced-motion preferences via media queries and limiting non-essential animations.
  • Testing on multiple devices, screen sizes, browsers, and operating systems.

Assistive Technologies

Our pages are designed to work with the assistive technologies and browser combinations commonly used by our visitors, including:

Screen readers

NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), and TalkBack (Android).

Speech recognition

Windows Speech Recognition, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, and native voice control.

Switch & eye-gaze input

Interfaces that rely on large, clearly labeled interactive targets.

Browser zoom

Up to 200% without loss of functionality or horizontal scrolling.

Keyboard Navigation

Every interactive element on the site — links, buttons, form fields, dialogs, menus, and the calendar booking widget — can be reached and operated using only the keyboard. We use standard Tab / Shift+Tab movement, Enter / Space to activate controls, and Arrow keys inside complex components like menus and calendars.

Focus is managed carefully inside dialogs: when a modal opens, focus moves to the first focusable element, and when it closes, focus returns to the element that triggered it. Users can close any modal with the Esc key.

Visual & Reading Accessibility

We use design tokens and a semantic color system so text remains readable across light and dark modes. Key practices include:

  • Foreground and background color combinations that meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Flexible, relative font sizing and spacing that responds to browser text-only zoom.
  • Clear link styling, including underlines on hover and focus, so color is never the only indicator of interactivity.
  • Consistent heading hierarchy so screen-reader users can scan page structure quickly.
  • Avoidance of justified text and overly narrow line lengths to improve readability.

Images & Multimedia

All informative images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies so they do not add noise. Where video or audio content is added, we aim to provide captions, transcripts, and audio descriptions where appropriate.

Forms & Booking

Our contact form and consultation booking dialog use visible labels, clear error messaging, and proper grouping. Required fields are marked, and validation errors are announced in text and associated with the relevant fields. The booking calendar supports keyboard navigation and limits available times to the published business hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM EST).

Motion & Animations

We use motion intentionally to guide attention and add polish, but we do not rely on motion to convey critical information. We honor the user's system preference for reduced motion and keep non-essential animations subtle. If you need to reduce motion, set your operating system preference to "Reduce motion" and our site will adapt.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of our site integrate third-party services such as maps, analytics, and embedded media. We choose partners with accessibility in mind, but we cannot fully control their accessibility. If you encounter an issue with a third-party component, please let us know so we can escalate or find an alternative.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, we know there may be areas we can improve. Known limitations include:

  • Legacy or archived PDF downloads may not be fully accessible. We are working to convert them into accessible HTML pages or tagged PDFs.
  • Some third-party widgets may not honor system reduced-motion preferences automatically. We are in contact with vendors to resolve these gaps.
  • Automated accessibility scans can flag false positives; we verify them manually before fixing.

Feedback & Reporting

We welcome your feedback. If you experience an accessibility barrier, or if you need information in a different format, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to provide the content or service in a way that works for you.

When reporting an issue, please include the page URL, the assistive technology or browser you are using, and a brief description of what happened. We aim to respond within two business days and to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as possible.

Accessibility Roadmap

Our ongoing accessibility work includes:

  • Quarterly automated and manual accessibility audits.
  • Screen-reader walkthroughs of the booking flow and key conversion pages.
  • Converting remaining downloadable content into accessible formats.
  • Training our team on inclusive design and accessible content authoring.
  • Keeping this statement updated to reflect changes in standards, technology, and our services.
